	Dr. Clark M. Kardys M.D., F.A.C.S. Medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas (2004) Surgical Residency at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine, Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville North Carolina Fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky
